Site Manager - Wiltshire

A respected residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the build of high-quality homes in Wiltshire and South Gloucestershire. You’ll take full ownership of sites, driving standards, safety, and quality — with support from an award-winning team.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all on-site operations, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are hit

• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers

• Uphold Health & Safety policies and enforce compliance

• Maintain tidy, efficient sites with first-class presentation

• Liaise with consultants, head office, and local authorities

• Monitor programme schedules and budgets

What You’ll Need:

• Proven track record delivering residential builds (new build essential)

• Proven track record of high end barn conversions

• Strong technical knowledge of masonry construction

• Confident reading drawings and coordinating trades

• SMSTS, First Aid & Scaffold Awareness certification

• Eye for detail and real pride in delivering a quality product
