You'll be central to project success - owning cost planning, procurement, risk strategy, and contractual delivery across a diverse portfolio. Expect to work alongside talented architects, project managers and designers in a practice known for blending creativity with commercial rigour.
Main Duties

Lead cost estimation, feasibility reviews and budget setting for new projects.

Create detailed tender packs, contracts and bills of quantities.

Monitor spend, track valuations, and deliver concise financial updates.

Oversee final accounts and ensure contractual compliance.

Drive value engineering and champion sustainable construction principles.

Guide clients through procurement routes, risk, and contract strategy.
Requirements
-
Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
-
3+ years’ PQE in a consultancy or client-side setting.
-
MRICS or working towards it (support provided).
-
Strong command of NEC/JCT contracts and project cost control.
-
High attention to detail and a solutions-driven mindset.
-
Confident using Excel and QS tools like Masterbill or Bluebeam.
-
Willingness to visit client sites across the South West.
