A successful construction subcontractor is looking to appoint a detail-driven CAD Technician to support technical drawing and design activity across a broad range of commercial and residential projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level technician to step into a stable, design-oriented environment with clear progression.
What You’ll Do:

Produce accurate CAD drawings for construction and fabrication

Interpret technical briefs, specs and layout requirements

Collaborate closely with site teams, estimators, and project leads

Make revisions based on design feedback and approvals

Ensure all outputs meet quality and compliance standards
What You’ll Need:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D advantageous)

Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Prior experience in construction or building services desirable
